![]() ![]() On the DVR you can figure if the camera records HD (Main-Stream) or SD (sub-stream) in the Storage-Record settings and you can change the resolution for each stream in the Camera settings. From your description I assume you are using a WiFi bridge to get the network connection to the DVR in the loft? If that is the case try rebooting just the WiFi device the network cable plugs into as I believe that may be causing your issue. Come on Yale sort it out, your camera systems are not exactly cheap either. If I am watching from my device and my husband logs on his device it logs me out automatically. Also 2 devices cannot log onto the app at the same time. I purchased 4 mega pixel cameras yet the app shows and records in SD version, very bad quality as you can’t even read a number plate in broad daylight because it’s so blurry, realised afterwards there is an icon to switch to HD in live view which is crisp quality but what’s the point if it’s recorded in SD!! Have had numerous log in failure attempts although my log in details are correct. Once you’ve recorded previous footage and you go to view what has been recorded the app shuts down and this happens every single time on both devices. Takes ages to load live stream and recorded footage and even longer if your using 3/4G. ![]() We have this app on 2 separate devices and it keeps going offline even though the internet connection is good and stable, every time it does that I have to either go into the loft and switch the mains off and on or turn the electricity off at the fuse box. Moved houses and decided to go for Yale as we had their self install alarm system previously which was good plus they now offered cctv systems with professional installation too. Had the Hik vision installed in my previous house for 8 years and controlled everything through an app the whole time and I had no problems.
